Today marks the end of the 1 week NoFapping challenge for those of us that that started on 29th of last month.

Here are the things I I discovered during the latter days of this NoFapping challenge:

increased confidence
I felt an influx of energy
Increased stamina, I played football yesterday for over 2 hours without gasing out.
I noticed that the urge to fap was not there probably because my mind is/was fully conscious of the NoFapping challenge,
and many other observations.


Let's stretch the timeframe a further I week

please those of us that have completed this 1 week, let's not get overly confident and complacent, these are common pot holes in this path of recovery of ours.

Those of us that couldn't complete it or those that are yet to complete it, please be strong and positive, nothing is impossible.
