N5000 for a minimum of 20 people? Are you dead sure you can organize a training of such magnitude in those big cities on minimum of N100k budget? Rethink well or you will count your losses except you have reliable sponsors.

Not a lot but it's a start. It is still a significant amount. CBN spends just about that or slightly less than that in a year to maintain the foreign exchange at current values.
