What we have now is not different from military rule. We don’t have civilian presidents, we have dictators pretending to be civilian presidents.
A true civilian rule is always ideal but let’s not pretend like temporary military junta doesn’t have a role.
It can be used to dismantle the old order. Only a junta can completely dismantle the criminals we have now.
Problem is that our military has become largely political, there won’t be any difference at all between the two.
