I don't know of its same thing but I measuring small and at some point, the sonographer mentioned that I eat well, in all. I gave birth and baby weighed 2.7. Just keep praying and don't entertain fear. Do research yourself

I will be following up and sharing my experience as it unfolds. Maybe it will help someone in future.
I went for the ANC appointment today and I was sent for obstetrics scan, Doppler studies and FBS with 2 hours postprandial glucose test
The result of the scan showed every other thing is ok except the abdominal circumference which is 3-4weeks behind. Sugar test will be done tomorrow.
I'm very scared and I don't know what to think, but I know everything will be ok.

I am happy writing this after waiting and God answered my family. I missed my period and checked via pt strip and saw the 2 red lines, I was super excited and so was my husband. I went to the hospital immediately to confirm and it was positive, I then went for scan on the same day as a JJC and the sonographer said he can't find anything. On my way home I decided to check at a random lab and the result came out negative, I was confused but knew they were wrong as the lady that took my blood sample was behaving unprofessional, she later called and apologized when I got home that it's a wrong result that it's positive.

First trimester I threw up alot and was spitting alot and had to chew bitter kola, I was told I should not take too much of it so I can sleep. I also didn't use to sleep at night until someone gave me a hack, he said I should drop my phone at night, lay on the bed and start reading any bible chapter I knew in my mind with my eyes closed and sleep would come, it worked for me, I read Psalm 91 because I know it off head.

2nd trimester I was still spitting and throwing up. I started feeling bad pains on the lower part of my tummy and vagina like menstrual pain, I complained at the private hospital and they gave me drip and injectiona, since the day they gave me that treatment, I rarely felt my baby move. I would always hear people say their baby is kicking so hard but not me, I didn't feel kicks the way people say, I did scan almost every week and would complain to the sonographer but they would say baby is fine.

3rd trimester, vomitting that reduced now came back with force towards the end and the doctor said it's because baby would be coming soon.

I went for antenatal at the general Hospital on Tuesday and was hungry but I didn't want to buy food there so I bought pineapple just a slice and ate. I was 39 weeks already.

At night by 10pm i started having serious cramps like Mp and I was alone at home, my husband was far away in another state and wasn't coming home that day. I was even doing shakara that he should not stress himself coming home that I am very fine, the pain was so intense and I went to the toilet and saw blood stain. I immediately called my husband and he asked that I start heading to the hospital, I refused because I read that once you rush ti the hospital the nurses will use you for experiment and start deeping hands to check how many cm dilated.

To cut the story short, I finally went to the hospital after 4 hours there about. I didn't corperate, the pains were intense, I didn't know the pains were contractions. I didn't let the nurse check how many cm I was, I was really inexperienced, I kept screaming that I wanted CS, the nurse said I should allow her check that I may not need CS but I didn't listen, a doctor even walked in and walked out of the labour room because I wasn't coperating, so the nurse called the gynecologist on phone to start coming as he was away because I wanted CS, the gynecologist told the nurse to put the phone on speaker and spoke with me calmly. He said I should allow them check me, he told the nurse to pet me 😄.

God sent an angel into the labor ward, a cleaner came in to clean and she saw how I was not coperating, she talked to me and told me I can do this. I was now shouting, I want to use the toilet, the cleaner said that's the baby that I shouldn't go to the toilet, so I climbed the bed with so much pain and allowed the nurse check, immediately the nurse checked and shouted this woman is full ooo,

In my mind I thought she was lying because she didn't want me to do CS. I begged the cleaner to stay beside me, she kept encouraging me, she also he'd my left leg while pushing, I didn't even know how to push but was told to push when I feel the next contraction. After two pushes, my princess came out. All the things I practiced to do when baby comes out flew from my head. God sent that cleaner there for me. She really encouraged me and rushed.

I could hear my husband voice outside, I don't know how he did it that early morning down to the hospital because he was in another state.

After delivery, a doctor came in and saw tears and had to stitch me, really painful. They said the tears were not straight and was just stitching ziz zag.

One painful thing is that after 1 week, I went for a restitch as the previous one had loosen. You don't want to imagine the pain raise to power 100, I had to bear and was just thinking of my baby as my evidence. They gave me injection to reduce the pain but I still felt it.

I thank God for safe delivery.

Key lessons learnt
-don't take chances at all. I always heard that pineapple isn't good for a pregnant woman and I avoided it during pregnancy, the day I took it at 39weeks is the day I started having contractions and gave birth within few hours. Thank God I didn't take it before then

-always have someone around when pregnant in case labour start.

-pls corperate with the nurse to check how many cm dilated to avoid unnecessary stress and vaginal tears. I had serious tears

-go to the hospital immediately. I stayed like 4 hours at home before heading to the hospital.

-heal at your pace, don't let anyone call you lazy. Ignore them

-learn to allow people do things for you and reduce stress. Maybe if I did this I wont have had to go for a restitch. I was running errands myself before one week, jumping up and down.

I registered in both private and general Hospital as a FTM,

not really... If u can stand d pain ur baby is going through from colic.... Cokic is wat every baby go through so we mothers get them medicine to help them relief their pains.

Pls mothers, must baby use medicine for colic?

easy... Always put baby to breast to suck... Milk will come... , hv a hot shower always, massage breast with hot water... All dis encourages milk to flow... Thou me i didnt wait 4 milk to comeStarted giving baby formula the second day n i started lactating on 4th day after birth.

I have come to return all glory to God. Baby arrived gloriously. Mum, Dad, baby and everyone is doing well. Nothing missing, nothing broken. God really came through for us, he is dependable and his report alone is what we should hold on to. I am super excited for his mercies towards my family. I had a supernatural child birth and he provided all needed. Full BS coming soon. Good Afternoon Everyone. I was delivered of my November baby on Wednesday night through Referred Emergency CS because of severe PProm. Mother and Baby doing very well, although baby is in NNU and i am recuperating. Kudos to Isolo General Hospital. They did a great job and erased my fears about General hospital. I'm grateful to God. Can't wait to go home with my baby soon.

MY BIRTH STORY.

So, inwas really really tired of being pregnant becs i was experiencing to muxh tiredness and achings... And my mood was really poor, i was always aggressive even towards my son which made me sad within me. N carpel tunnel was dealing with me dearly... Still dealing with me oooo smh.
So on my next midwife appointment I told her i want to opt for CS becs i believe its what i could do to get a date for delivery where i am, she asked why i chose cs, told her i need to plan mysef and get childcare for my son and d person willin to help need to get permission from her boss to be absent from work. So i was booked for consultation... At 37weeks pregnant... On meeting with d doctor for consultation, d doctor convinced me to try induction first n if it didn't go well, den ECS will be done... Told her i dont mind, just let me have a date please. So, she did after she did cervix examination on me and did a sweep n told me i might go into labour on my own because i am 1cm dilated... Told her, i cant afford to go into labour on my own because it will stress me out, who am i gonna leave my aon with? I leave alone n labour ward dont accomodate children so... I wont be looking forward to going into labour Nat on my own.. She said ok.

3days to induct day, hospital called that i have to call antenatal ward be4 coming in because they are short of bed... I said no problem... On induction day, i called antenatal ward and no one pick... Naso i carryy bag woth my son, called my aunt we are leaving that she should meet us at d hospital... Got there n i still got d same ans that no bed and was asked to wait at d waiting area... My aunt arrived n we waited for 4 to 5hours and was called in and given a room... An hour later... I was given lectures on how d induction gpnna be done... I said okay. D midwife left and came back with the pessary ahe was gonna insert... Naso i told dis woman say i wan pee... Dia woman tell me mk she insert first be4 i go (tell me how i was take dey comfortable open toto, while u poke my cervix... My bladder is full na, she no gree) she sha insert n dem complain say i no open toto well... Durh!!! I told u i wan wee be4 abi i no tell u 🙄. She sha left... One hour after pessary insert... I started having contractions... Like play like play... D contractions started increasing until even me started thinking this contractions isnt normal because i have no resting time... I was in severe pain... The CTG plugged to read baby's heart was reading baby's heart 178, 183 and so on... Which means baby isnt doing very well inside me..... My baby heart was 140-150 b4 d induction n it increase so much in just few hours of starting d induction..... D gas n air pain relieve wasnt even working... Thou it mk me so high as a kite... D pain was out of dis world, i was crying like a baby, rivers of tears running down my cheeks.... Thank God another midwife took over n this one know wat she wad doing... She was concerned so she called more experienced personnel and the person told her to remove the pessary immediately n to give me injection to stop d contractions that the baby wasnt happy with d induction... So, d midwife did as she was told... Ladies and gentlemen, this abnormal contractions didnt stop ooo... So, i was wheels from the antenantal ward to labour ward where the monitoring continue n was hand over to another incompetent nigerian midwife that took a look at my baby's ctg readings n said this is a normal reading now... D baby isnt in distress... My ex midwife just look am with one kin eyes n den left... So, a doctor came in check d ctg reading n was alarmed... She went m called another doctor to come look but she was in d theatre n wen she was done she can in quickly, check d ctg n turmed to me... Looks like the induction didnt go well with your body and baby heart rate isnt good... Baby isnt getting oxygen and we need to perform emergency cs for u... I told her pls take me immediately to the theatre now... I dont care how u do it.. Kust take d baby out now. D doctor den bend to check me n said u aint even dilating.... So, wat u gonna do now is signed a doc... Which i did immediately. I was given another 3 more injections to stop d contractions completely... I never felt so much relief in my entire life at dt moment.
I was wheeled into the theatre n was given anesthesia to numb my body waist down... D operation took like 30mins to b over... Couldnt believe it... I didnt even knw wen they cut me open, i just heard my baby crying... I was lik wat? Wat?!! 😲 Couldn't believe my ears... It was like dey performed magic... I told dem let me c d baby... Dey brought her n i n was lik wat again?!! 😅... That was really quick.... They closed me up n was wheeled to d maternity ward where d care of me n my baby continues..... I thank God for everything. It was a really scary day which turn out well... Alhamdulilah robil al amin.

To be sincere CS isn't bad... Infact, its d easiest way of delivering babies but d recovery from cs isn't easy thou... Fart wey b say u dey fart anyhow b4... U go dey look 4 am after cs lol n having ur first pop after cs hmmmn lol.. D contipation wey go hold u... No b here... But after u have ur first fart, first urine n first poop... U will eventually be very ok n relieved.

Good morning to all my belleful mamas n supporting daddies... Just want to announce to yall dt my pink jet has landed through emergency CS..... Mama is fine n baby is doing great too. I can finally say my boots are not just packed, not hanged but thrown far away... I have try mbok. Lol. Ano do again ooooo.

I run scan alot, this is because I don't feel kicks as such. I dont know if it's because it is anterior placenta so I always run scan like 2 to 3 weeks. I am in my 3rd trimester. I have several edd dates from the several scans, I don't know which one to follow but I remember my LMP, I am also using flo app and babycenter. I don't know if I should just stick to th Edd my LMP states.

I have these same issues in all my pregnancy, my 9months bump is always like some people 5months.

My 1st weighed 2.7kg
My 2nd 2.4kg (I was induced at 38weeks because the consultant was worried about the bump)
My 3rd 2.7kg.

Scan always show baby was ok. So don't worry yourself mama

machine calculation is correct... Tape rule isnt correct... Y r u worried? U probably ve small pregnancy bump, reason y tape rule is measuring less... Dont stress ursef mama.

Good day ma, the tape rule measurements is not same as scan. Scan is accurate with my LMP. Tape rule measurement is measuring 5 weeks behind. What do I do?

Hello mummiee, currently 23 weeks and don't feel any movement, always going for ultrasound and they say babies heartbeat is fine, my concern is I don't feel kicks yet, is there anyone that has experienced this?

Hello all, please as a first time mum, I always feel very cold sometimes in the afternoon and especially at night, I am all covered up with duvet and wrapper, what can I do to stop the cold. The room windows are always closed because of the cold, fan is always off as well. I currently use pregnant care Max, I don't know what else to do?
