Properties / Re: How Do I Deal With This Type Of Neighbor by Anunakeeh: 9:55am On May 23
JaySmart4422:
I have this neighbour who rented a room and parlour self con
But the kitchen in their flat is very big as a family of 5 with plenty friends

They converted the kitchen to a Room and starting bringing their plate to the back of my bedroom window to wash

If you hear the noise of plates n pot u will pity me I can't sleep cos of constant noise n fight very loud, the whole noise feels as if it's happening in my flat.

Sometimes this plates and pots smells like a dead rat and I will be force to close my window.

I have begged this family severally to to wash their plates inside their flat but I will never listen rather they will be throwing tantrums.

Recently they made it a permanent place of washing plates n pots

So I had to involve the landlord and he asked them to stop

Since they the entire family have been in their flat insulting me calling me names.

Am becoming very uncomfortable

Right now I don't know what action to take cos I don't want to respond to any of this insult

How do I put an end to this.

A lot of nigerians needs deliverance most especially the poor people. Very filthy and terrible people.

I find myself trying to pronounce it whenever I come across it.

Also, it appears feminine, which you're obviously not.

I seems to be person of interest to you. It's fascinating though!

If you want me to answer your questions. First i'll ask you to marry me. If yes then we proceed.

Politics / Re: Do Not JAPA Before Dangote Refinery Starts. You Might Regret by Anunakeeh: 10:18am On May 22
Quintessence44:
If you are planning to JAPA, my advice as an economist and oil industry analyst is that you WAIT.

Give it at least a YEAR from today before making the final decision.

The Dangote refinery is a game-changer.

Nigeria becomes self-sufficient in refined petroleum products, and a net exporter of same, bar none in Africa.

Thatā€™s a huge deal.

A great many businesses will be established in the months and years ahead based on our self sufficiency in petroleum products.

Millions of new jobs will be created.

In fact one foreign report states that the establishment of the 20 billion dollar Dangote refinery in Lagos officially makes Nigeria an industrialised nation.

In addition, Nigeria will stop importing diesel, petroleum products, fertiliser and petrochemicals.

ā€œThat is saving over $26 billion in foreign exchangeā€ per annum, according to official sources.

In addition to all this, the Dangote refinery will generate 12,000 megawatts of electricity.

You can imagine the impact this will have on the economy going forward.

To JAPA right when the nation is on the cusp of economic and industrial transformation is in my view, ill-advised.

Hence I urge a one-year moratorium on all JAPA - related activities.

Happy New Year all, and God bless Nigeria.

Agent of Evil.

But my issue with most women is that, they're so daft that the only money making venture that they know is dating a rich man or spreading legs like rumor undecided...

Their brains are so dead that they can't even think past their "in-betweens" when it comes to making money undecided...

Blame their men not them per-se.

The footage shows the woman beaming with joy as her husband presents her with stacks of naira notes, a gesture that she proudly shares online.

We - Nigerian men created this olosho culture that our girls have embraced in Nigeria

I changed my oil last week at "Take 5" - here in California where you do not have to come down from your car - guess who did my oil change?

A very pretty girl who should not be more than 21 - she is a University student and she works to take care of her bills herself

Since the average Nigerian girl is now a handicap - then we men must take responsibility for their misbehavior - nansense!!!! angry

Exactly you got it 100 percent.

I explained this same stuff to someone here few days ago and he grabbed too. Most Nigerian men are the most mentally laziest beings in the world, should i add uncreative as well. Yet you will find a lot of this caliber of men at the corridors of power. Men who can't build a good functioning society for their citizens. Men who waste the nations resources on misplaced priorities.

Why won't their women turn to handicap and their men turn to swindlers.

That's the society they have built for themselves!

I never ask my wife her whereabouts, she makes sure I know. If even a man asks for her number she tells me.

She acts so scared of me, and I'm ready to kick her out of my house . I once sent her back to her parents. And didn't talk to her until her brother called to beg.

Since that is the way they want it...

The female gender are extremely egoistic, prideful, entitled, hardwired, vile and arrogant. Men are not better either.

But the Numerous Gullible Men usually fall for their deceptive physical appearance which look very soft but behind that meek softness is a hardwired demon!

Ever since i discovered their true nature. I proceeded to start treating them as my fellow men with no emotional string.
