I think that info is just the normal procedure it's been on eksu website long ago www.eksu.edu.ng/component/content/article/397.html . But I don't think the school has commenced reg. Lemme confirm from the person in the school. Dat's @toress

Eksu is yet to start any reg. That one is culled from Eksu.edu.ng reg procedure for 2011/2012
