Hello, Please I have also been trying to reach a representative but to no avail and I have urgent network issues that need to be tended to. 1st of all I made a transfer of airtime to a wrong number. I called the banks CS and I was referred to call my network provider to help resolve the issue. Secondly, my phone was credited again to enable me subscribe for data. I opted for the 3.5gig plan valid for 30 days. I got a response of unsuccessful but my account was debited of the amount. Please help o! tasceige: |
