Most of the special drugs that are meant for special cases are mostly without nafdac number because they are not every day market drugs. They process of going for nafdac number for such drugs that is not every day sell drugs will inflate the price of this so drugs. Nafdac terming it fake because they were not having number is the highest level of deceit.
