1. Coach Eric Chelle must ditch his diamond formation. Chelsea played with this formation and won the Champions League in 2012/2013. To deploy this formation, one needs players like Mikel, Miereles, Makalele, Ramirez and Kanté. Ndidi has spent his prime at Leicester, as he can no longer do the tackles and cover the ground as he used to when he was younger.
