Unlike the FEC, his appointment didn't need approval from the senate bkos he's a personal staff of the executive president and as long as the executive president is still in office, it doesn't matter who the acting president is. He can't be sacked by anybody else.
Osinbajo can sack a minister but he can't sack the chief of staff to the executive president untill he (osinbajo) becomes executive president. But he can choose not to work with him.

Chief of staff, special advisers are all FG staff. They are all paid by the Federal Government..
They are all aides under the Office of President.

Whoever holds that office. Be it acting or substantive.
He has the powers to terminate the appointment of any aide appointed by buhari..as far as he holds the Office
And he doesn't need to consult buhari
. They are all under the office of President..

We all know he wont do dis cuz of respect and his Acting capacity but dont say he doesn't have the power to. He does

i dont understand this impunity, he is rubbishing two instituitions daily ie the senate and the customs,they were in existence before he was a colnel in the army,if the senate allows such impunity to hold anything goes.We need strong institutions and not strong men, because institutions outlive men, and leadership is not an "I" thing, its a "we" thing.He should learn the rudiments of leadership, because he is just an old fool that does not want to be sepreated from his folly
