Our client, a leading fashion E-tailer, Seeks to recruit an experienced Inbound Manager in Lagos.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain good working relationship with major suppliers.
2. Managing inbound stock to ensure stock arrives in a timely fashion.
3. Creating and maintaining accurate records of inbound stock and stock in the warehouse.
4. Supporting the buying team and, completing ad hoc projects and requests in a timely and effective manner.
5. Consolidating sales orders from worldwide based distributors and determine buy for the season ahead and the need for 'Free to sell' inventory.
6. Negotiating price and place orders with suppliers maintaining a profitable margin.
7. First point of contact for suppliers, track the development of production whilst over seeing quality control of sampled garments and ensure that
production is run to schedule whilst maintaining positive suppliers relationship.
8. Manage, monitor and report on buy progress through the web based operating system.
9. Ownership of finance related to suppliers by opening letters of credits and liaise with bank regarding status and payment..
10. Manage relationship with freight forwarders, monitor and negotiate freight rates.
11. Ongoing management of the 3rd party warehouse contract ensuring they maintain service level agreement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Strategy

Develops and implements integrated HR plans to support business strategy.
Has strategy setting responsibility for HR which includes input to the functional and building of the HR plan.
