Let me asume that he is not in the know about it, but let me state it here that his commissoner for lands and urban development is charging a whopping 250,000k (Two hundred and Fifty thousand naira ) each for the collection of Certificate of Occupancy(C of O).This is irrespective of the money you have spent already about (450.000)naira in getting the document pass through various stages of administrative bottlenecks up to the final stage of ready for collection.
I am pleading with Governor Ugwuanyi and all stake holders and security agents to look into this and to allow some of us access to go on and develop our properties and move on as this is stunting the growth and development of our country.
