A 4 week mandatory Induction Programme has been scheduled for the 1st batch of Executive Trainees, this will hold in Lagos, Jos, Kano and Enugu Learning Centres from Monday November 5, 2007 to Friday November 30, 2007.

Candidates are required to click here to print their invitation letters to attend the Training programme.

orjigga, hi i just want to know how you applied.did you applied through the people prime graduate fair or through their advert in the newspaper?

well i had mine on monday so expect anything from them, its really about how confident you are. i was asked the following(in no particular order)
1.who did you think killed funsho williams(after seeing an add on my cv)
2.what did you see before you enter the main office building
3.what can you do for us you know we will pay you, so what can you do for us
4. why dont you just find a job in your profession etc

hello atireiri, no offence taken, i would have love to as at the time i posted the topic but i didnt have any real interview experience to share and now i guess i have one after the interview with united mortgage limited yesterday.
i met what i didnt expect entirely.
1. i was interviewed by a panel of 3(1 female, 2males) one of yhe gays looked into my cv to see an add( funsho williams avenue) and he then asked me if am uptodate on politics , i said yes an he ask 'who do you think killed funsho williams since he is suppose to be our govenor' isaid i dont really know and he said that means i dont care. now my voice was already cracking and that started my problems with the gays
2.sensing that he now begin to seriously hammering me about how confident i am that to work in a financial institute you need to be mean,bold and be able to look someone in the face and tell him give me your money
3.they now started asking question like are you married, do you have a girl friend,what did you see when you came into this compound,can you really market(he answered by saying i cant, ans i said yes),when last did you saw your girlfriend last, what can you really do for us

well i thought i would have find something by now but i didnt.i think this might help
just make sure you are familiar with thier website for missions, vission and br prepare for questions like why do you what to work with the company,tell us about yourself,where do you what to in the next 5 years etc.

hi, i got the same call yesterday for the interview.but i have no idea what to expect just hope its the normal interview drill.i sugest you log on to their website in case of any suprises.if you got any information dont hesitate to holla your house members

well i also did the test and i feel its ok because its not meant to be finished.you know firms devised all means to cut the number of people who will pass.so dont give up yet somehing good will surely come out of it.dont allow any type of question to bore you, keep your mind on geting into that mortgage bank.like everyone i didt finish too.but just keep praying,all is well.
