Like I said Russia forces have taking over the largest area the Ukrainian held in the past, they already have 80 to 86% of the territory help by the Ukrainian, the they have encircled the rest only one route left for the Ukrainian soldiers which they are tactically withdrawing

Ukrainian Soldiers are deliberately leaving Trucks and vehicle behind since that can be easily tracked and bombed with Drones.

They walk not in toons, but in group of twos to reduce casualty level on each attack enroute Sudha border crossing into Ukraine.

Russia can't take out more than 2 persons in each attack. That is wisdom from Ukraine men.

Russia will have to now determine whether they want to be attacking everyone spotted one by one with drones (that will not be economical) compared to blowing a military truck with 20 men in one attack.

A little strip of 3-4 Kilometers was left opened by Russian military on the only road between Sudha Russia and Sumy Ukraine.

They now place the road under Drone surveillance, besieged so that Ukrainians withdrawing from Kursk cannot retrieve with military vehicles.
That will allow many to be killed once.

Ukraine is now using wisdom of making their men withdraw by foot in group of twos. Some killed, while some still managed to cross.

Trump knew from intelligence that the situation isn't good no matter how we try to deny it. The victims are experiencing it no matter the denial.

Finally, Fubara is now repentant.

The TV show he went for on Wednesday at the gate of the House of Assembly residence belittled him more as too petty.

Having shown true respect for the River State HoA, I think they should allow him to present the budget on the said date or any other convenient date as they may deem fit.

I will not expect the HoA to still resist this respectful move going forward.

Rivers State needs to move forward.
