Mental health should be taken more seriously in this country Nigeria. I've been saying it. Many people from youths to the elderly need regular mental health checks and psycho therapy, counseling and even medication to balance their state of mind. Its unfortunate that in Nigeria enough attention isn't paid to these issues at all.
