Good morning, do you render "after purchase services" for your clients?

Whatever things we building end up building us.

Detailed pictures of how it all started to present stage (client brief, design brief ,design conclusion and construction) will be shared soon.

An international number called me sometime in 2017 requesting for an architectural design on a 300 sqms plot of land, we discussed in details and he made mention of his past experiences, our assurance was given and we had an agreement, fast forward to 2018, we started the schematic design after reading the estate guide lines then we proceeded to construction drawings and 3D but some things came up we couldn't use the design anymore due to:

1. Estate changed the land allocated to my client because he was ready to construct immediately.

2. My client was allocated a new land in another location entirely.

The first estate was Arium Estate, the second and final estate is Frontier which is better than the previous as at that time.

A five bedroom duplex presently under going construction in ibeju-lekki.

Hi everyone, is anyone planning to construct around ibeju-lekki axis ? November is the best time to start construction because the rainfall has reduced already so you don't need to worry about spending extra cash moving your materials to site.

Construction during raining season around ibeju-lekki is not a good idea if you're on a budget.

Also for anyone planning to purchase plot(s) of land now when the rainfall is ending you need to do your due diligence properly so when rain start falling again your plot of land wont turn to a river.

Ibeju-Lekki is a local government area of Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria. Ibeju-lekki is one of the most lucrative emerging investment regions in Nigeria.
