keep your mouth shout, educated illiterate. Ranching is not knew to the world. Many Africa countries are doing same. Maybe you are a teenager because they use to be ranching does days in Nigeria. In my town a local government headquarter, there was a ranch there were cattle rearers stay and pay rent to the government on monthly basis. That is the best way to tackle the crisis between headers and farmers. I get angry at my governor for allowing cows roaming the street then in Benin, even the GRA is not spared. Do you know how many accidents cows have cause on our roads. If he create ranches, the headers will not deer to take their cows on the road again, because they can't give excuse.
