I know someone that drinks the amount of water in dispenser plastic every morning on empty stomach ..warm water and eats once a day if you see him you will think he's in his early 30s but he's chasing 60, let's do whatever works for us.

my problem with eating once a day is not getting enough of the nutrients one needs daily in one meal sitting.

I don’t have fat even on the face it’s the bloating.
I made some searches and I found something interesting,I have not been drinking water enough and that had an effect on my lymphatic system so the bloating on the face was because of not drinking enough water so,from yesterday night I have drank a lot and my face slimmed down drastically,am really happy now cus it has caused me sinusitis and shortness of breath.

Start by chewing fibrous food and fruits daily like sugar cane, tigernut, carrot, cucumber, cabbage e.t.c

They help in working the face and reducing the fatness on the cheeks. It's like working out on the face. Take like 1.5 mins to chew those before swallowing or spitting out.

I know my weight it standard for my height but the problem is the bloating of my face especially the eye area and my cheeks I wish I could share my pictures of 3/4 months ago am not over weight but the bloating is making me feel insecure of my self.

How does one debloat naturally,am 28 but my cheeks feel so full and big but my stomach is very flat my weight is around 60-63 kg.
Few months ago it wasn’t like that though I ate wetin no good this festive season now am trying to readjust but am finding it very hard to choose what to eat and drink any suggestions.
