That’s the best diet ever,don’t listen to anyone telling u otherwise.
The most important thing is the type of meat you want to eat and how you prepare it.
Avoid seasonings and use little salt and little oil or no oil if possible ,roast/grill over fire(if possible with aluminum foils) use enough pepper,add vegetables to help make up and you will have the best feelings of your life.
Don’t forget vegetables and fruits,water melons,carrots etc.

for a fact to be established as a proof/evidence a number of things has to be satisfied,witnesses or records.
A single record with no witnesses isn’t a proof,reason why the Bible can never be accepted as proof for historical or archaeological evidences today.
