I have heard of cases when "about to graduate students" always complain of missing results which usually cost them more years after their supposed years( 4 to 5 as the case maybe).

A student from OOU complained to me on how two courses he had passed in year two were given to him as a carry-overs when he had finished his final exams. The tragedy is that he was ask to pay another year school fees 100k plus ( though he failed two courses too, but the school supposed to waive them.)

In Lagos state university, I think you hardly hear such a case because lecturers are to upload the students' results a month after the examination. The results are always online but not pasted on notice board like some universities do.

Improving quality of life in all facets of human endeavors is the core of every image of God as God Himself stated it in Jeremiah 29: 11 that His thought towards us are of peace, and not of evil, to give us an expected end. But it is too saddened a thing that millions of these images of God are journeying through life in abject poverty. And this has given birth to evil perpetrations all over the world. Though, these constant failures in every human endeavours are planned by the devil and his cohorts. But, glory be to God in the highest for He has organized the recovery through information.

Information remains the only price for financial freedom and this is what the rich men utilized to amass their enormous wealth while the poor men ignored the same to be living an uncommon lifestyle. An uncommon lifestyle is as a product of uncommon information and uncommon information leads to ignorance which is the vehicle that takes a man to captivity. But captivity is far from the man with relevant information because the amount of information a man has and acts upon will determine the level of his achievements in life.

The era of being bossed around for starvation salaries is on the wane. We are now in the ICT age as a result of internet and the internet has made the world small and the opportunity huge. One of these life-changing opportunities created by the internet is the Financial Empowerment Plan (FEP) initiated by the Goalshovers Integrated Club of Nigeria (GICON) to assist her members raise a huge amount of money with a little capital and consequently bridge the gap between the haves and have-nots. Thereby creating a quantum leap for the members' equality.

OBJECTIVES
1. To create opportunity for the members to raise funds for their businesses, educations and other financial needs with a very low startup capital.
2. To create opportunity for the workaholic and starvation salary earners to generate extra incomes at the comfort of their homes, offices etc.
3. To create opportunity for the die-hard job-seekers and those running the rat races to stop trading the old wine in a new bottle and get on to the fast track to success by establishing their own businesses.

HOW IT WORKS
First and foremost, every Financial Empowerment Planner (Participant) must be a duly registered member of Goalshovers Integrated Club Of Nigeria (GICON). He/she must have received his/her membership registration number for this is needed to participate in the Financial Empowerment Plan. He/she must have opened an account with any of the commercial banks in Nigeria.

There are two types of participants in GICON-FEP. The first participant is a donor and the second is a donee. The donor is a GICONITE who donates to a donee and the donee is a GICONITE who receives from a donor. The donor donates to five (5) member as he/she moves from level one to five and the donee receives from ninety-three (93) members as he/she moves from level one to five. Every donor is a donee and every donee is a donor. When a donor donates a token of N2,000 to a donee, he/she receives donations from members from level one to five and their donative fund increases by 50% as they move from one level to another. The number of their donors also increase by 75%.

HOW DOES THE DONOR DONATES?

Level One

Log into your membership homepage and click on JOIN THE FEP. Go through the displayed instructions and click on DONATE NOW. You shall be prompted to donate to the next available donee. Copy the donee’s bank account details and transfer the donation to his/her bank account. Enter the returned transaction SMS from your bank or impute 00000 if there’s a delay in the returned SMS. Click on NOTIFY THE DONEE. Then you’re in Level One and you’re going to receive donations of N2,000 each from three (3) members. i.e. N6,000


Level Two

The moment you receive alert from GICON that your donations has completed, log into your membership homepage immediately and click on Donation Completed MOVE TO THE NEXT LEVEL. You shall be prompted to donate to the next available donee. Copy the donee’s bank account details and transfer the donation to his/her bank account. Enter the returned transaction SMS from your bank or impute 00000 if there’s a delay in the returned SMS. Click on NOTIFY THE DONEE. Then you’re in Level Two and you’re going to receive donations of N4,000 each from six (6) members. i.e. N24,000



Level Three

The moment you receive alert from GICON that your donations has completed, log into your membership homepage immediately and click on Donation Completed MOVE TO THE NEXT LEVEL. You shall be prompted to donate to the next available donee. Copy the donee’s bank account details and transfer the donation to his/her bank account. Enter the returned transaction SMS from your bank or impute 00000 if there’s a delay in the returned SMS. Click on NOTIFY THE DONEE. Then you’re in Level Three and you’re going to receive donations of N8,000 each from twelve (12) members. i.e. N96,000



Level Four

The moment you receive alert from GICON that your donations has completed, log into your membership homepage immediately and click on Donation Completed MOVE TO THE NEXT LEVEL. You shall be prompted to donate to the next available donee. Copy the donee’s bank account details and transfer the donation to his/her bank account. Enter the returned transaction SMS from your bank or impute 00000 if there’s a delay in the returned SMS. Click on NOTIFY THE DONEE. Then you’re in Level Four and you’re going to receive donations of N16,000 each from twenty-four (24) members. i.e. N384,000



Level Five

The moment you receive alert from GICON that your donations has completed, log into your membership homepage immediately and click on Donation Completed MOVE TO THE NEXT LEVEL. You shall be prompted to donate to the next available donee. Copy the donee’s bank account details and transfer the donation to his/her bank account.
Enter the returned transaction SMS from your bank or impute 00000 if there’s a delay in the returned SMS. Click on NOTIFY THE DONEE. Then you’re in Level Five and you’re going to receive donations of N32,000 each from forty-eight (48) members. i.e. N1,536,000.

At this stage, the system will kick you out to go and set up your own business and start absorbing our wandering youths roving the labour market.
