Good day everyone , I submitted my UK student visa application on 19th June and I got a mail on 25th June requesting for additional documents about what I have been doing since I graduated in 2020 and i replied the mail same day with documents showing evidence of my work employments letters, NYSC cert, recommendation letter from my current employer. I did not get the automated mail acknowledging receipt of the requested documents and I do not know if that is fine or what I should do next. This is the mail i was instructed t send the documents to Sheffieldstudentteam.docrequestsOOC@homeoffice.gov.uk. Thank you.

I think they have started giving out date for the Legalization.
Some people got dates today for September
So fingers crossed I suppose.

Not yet. I’ve booked my flight to Lagos on Tuesday, I’ll go to the embassy surely I’ll see a plug for earlier date.
My school is starting September

What’s up are you in Lagos now?

Hello Everyone,

I am also at the Legalization stage. Sent emails with no response. I also called this Morning, the Lady basically said I need to wait at least 5-10 working days to get a response as they get hundreds of emails.
Thing is my school starts next month, and enrolment ends in October, because of this Legalization, I have not been able to go for my visa. Will it be too much of a gamble to go for the visa without having the WAEC and Birth certificates legalised? I’ve had them authenticated at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.


Also, does any one have an actual Idea how long the Legalization process takes, the Lady at the Embassy said she could not give me any timeline whatsoever as to how long it could take.

Finally, I’ll be going to Bolzano in South Tyrol by God’s grace, if anyone is headed in that direction, I’ll love to link up. ❤️

Hello,have you been able to get a date for legalization yet.I need help with that too. And just to confirm my university was in Kwara that means I have to legalize my document at the Lagos consulate and not the Italian Embassy Abuja right?
