yes! U can get it in Lagos or anywhere in Nigeria either in UBA/SKYE/FIDELITY Bank. Buying of form closes 2nd of August while registration 4th of August.

This is to invite all candidates who chose bayero university,kano as their first choice university in the 2013 unified tertiary matriculation examination(utme) conducted by JAMB to a screening exercise.
NOTE: ONLY CANDIDATE WHO SCORED 180 AND ABOVE ARE FOR THE SCREENING EXERCISE.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
STEP 1: At the homepage of the bayero university website, www.buk.edu.ng, click 2013POST-UTME REGISTRATION
STEP 2: login using your utme number and utme aggregate (total score), then upload your passport-sized photograph. Note that the photograph uploaded will be the only valid ID for all admitted candidate throughout their stay in Bayero university kano.
STEP 3: fill in the applicant's particular form.
STEP 4: print your personalized payment invoice and use the invoice to make the payment of N2,300 at any branch of the following bank nationwide:
1 UBA
2 Skye bank
3 Fidelity bank
STEP 5: after making the payment, return to the website, www.buk.edu.ng, login again, and your payment will be validated after which you can print your personalized examination card. Preview and confirm your information before printing your examination card. Note that applicant cannot print thier exam until thier payment is processed and verified.
NOTE: NO APPLICANT WILL BE ALLOWED TO SIT FOR THE POST-UTME TEST WITHOUT VALID EXAMINATION CARD.

As a student of Bayero University Kano (BUK) who was once like you (Aspirants) & was given all the necessary information needed then from this site, I shall make sure I do that for you people too. Information on post-utme, admission procedures, school fees inter alia, you shall be updated.
Regarding to the post-utme form, it's not yet on sale. Don't allow anybody to cheat or convince you to pay any money into their account. Once it's out, you shall see it here.

4 those wu score 180 & above nd choose Bayero University Kano (BUK) as their 1st & 2nd or 1st choice can apply 4 their post-utme. Once u pass, u re qualify.
N.B. Don't choose dem as 2nd choice only because u won't even b allow 2 write their post-utme.

Which means only all dis universities without 2 much students applying 4 dem will reduce their marks if dey re asked 2 reduce mark.
