Hello haus, I scored 198 in my jamb and I applied for Unilorin, but Unilorin cut off is 200 above, and am willing to change to Unijos for both first and second choice, i want to choose economics both schools. Pls, how is economics in Unijos, how competitive it is and am I good to go withmy 198? Somebody should help me.

This is probably the worst JAMB result have ever seen, just 2 bad. Hav not even seen someone wit 200 or above, very strange. Am sure the post Utme cutoff mark 4 the big univ lyk ABU,UNILAG,OAU,IBADAN,FUTA, etc usually wit high Cutoff mark will definately drop dis year may b 2 lyk 180 or even 170, failure to do so may even lead 2 some cases 1000 student comin 2 write post utme. Lol

pls make ur researches wel intact b4 comin 2 comment here. Go & read d ppt result analysis - ova 900,000 scored abv 200 & cbt is still dier. & if u were opportund 2 watch d news afta ppt exams,jamb declared dat is only abt 500,000 cndidates dat i'll b addmitted. & jamb stated in d dier last news dat there wil nt b any reduction of cut-off marks. (IT STAYS AS IT IS)

Pls don't waste ur tym, Nigeria is worst dan Jamb 2 even cut down d mark even as dey were summoned. If dey agree 2 cut it down, dat does not stop d universities 2 reduce their marks only if dey wish 2 do so. Remember last year, Jamb reduced Universities cut off mark 2 180, Poly 2 160 but yet all dat popular universities still stay on their 200 above. In a nutshell, quickly change ur course or institution b4 changing close. My University (BUK) at least dey accept 180 nd some other institutions like dat. But yet dey 2 don't accept 180 but 200 4 medicine nd law but other courses I know dey do accept.
Which means only all dis universities without 2 much students applying 4 dem will reduce their marks if dey re asked 2 reduce mark.
Make hay while d sun shine now.
