Car Talk › How Can I Maintain A Vehicle That Is Just At A Spot As A Result Of The Pandemic by Arigold5050(op): 9:36pm On Apr 10, 2020 |
Hello guys, we all are aware that there is no movement in Nigeria and I am not used to parking the vehicle at a spot for a long time. So I want to know if its advisable to leave the car parked with one battery head off or should I start the car everyday (considering the fuel) Please keep your advice coming. Thank you.. |

Ipfreely: I'd like to say I'm surprised, but I'm simply not. I never had any faith in Cars45. Like they say, If it sounds too good to be true...
Sharp practices. The Nigerian way. If this were a sane society these guys would be run out of business. Sorry for the bad experience.. Its good you shared this so that we can be vigilant. But really something needs to be done about that level of deceit from cars 45 |

GAZZUZZ: Did he also tell you the 07 Camry has oil burn issues?
Most cars have peculiar issues, some are preventable , some are inevitable. The issues you mentioned with honda are preventable , the issues with the Camry 07-09 4cylinder are inevitable. Talking about the oil burn issues with 07 Camry, what is the remedy and does it happen with synthetic oil as well? |

olumzzz: Same engine and gear, 07 just looks more appealing. If you have money to spare, go for 07 I like the fact that it is appealing, but What would you say about Jephyboy's review as it concerns oil shortage and Ac problem. Do you think its something that cannot be corrected. |

jephyboy: Please go for the Camry 2006 and avoid the Camry 2007. The Camry 2007 just gives you better exterior styling. You avoid the recurring problems of the 2007 - oil shortages (requires regular top-ups, especially from 50,000 KM mileage), poor factory headlights, and weak AC system (especially in hot weather), lower resale value than the 2006 Camry.
The 2006 Camry has a very strong AC system, no oil shortages, better resale value (especially when well maintained), large space. Ask around and google these problems. Does it mean the oil shortage and Ac problem of the 07 cannot be fixed |
