Jumia have been so true to me for over 8 years now and I don't av any reason to doubt their credibility. Almost everything that I av ordered from were topnotch, I'm not saying there are no bad marketers on the portal buh strict diligent just as the poster have stated, u av to be very careful wen dealing on jumia

I have gotten my fingers bitten purchasing computer gadgets in Jumia and there were no red flags anywhere. The first was portable 32TB SSD Hard drive. Purchased it 2 years ago and stored all my computer files in it. No problem after opening my files. 2 weeks later when I inserted the Ssd to my computer to extract few things out of it. All files stored inside Ssd got deleted
I couldn’t get my money back because products purchased were only given one week return.
A year later Amazon reviews later said those products were fake and fraud. That it wasn’t 32TB hard drive. But just 1 GB memory card designed into plastic to look genuine.

The second was HP laptop that was written boldly that has 12 month warranty. Laptop was good but 2 weeks later the charger got spoilt. I later learnt that it was a fake cheap charger that was packaged together. Took the laptop to hickley and they told me that laptop purchased in jumia does not have warranty because it’s US made.
