I can't afford to do a factory reset cos of data files. It goes as high as 48-50 degree Celsius

If it's very expensive, u can do a DIY with ur GOTV or any 12V adapter, just cut te wire from ur previous adapter and attach the jack to the gotv adapter. ce finis

Thanks bro, finally running miui 8,though have lost root access. Everything so far is good, no bug detected for now. Let me observe how long the battery life can endure because so far I have noticed considerable improvement.
