If it's corrupted, then it's likely it's missing some files to extract completely. Delete and download again.

That heating issue, I don't think there is any cure to it, but hope you have rebooted after updating. What I observe is when the heat is much, you can remove the battery for sometime and reinsert it, it has been working for me.
By the way are you rooted?

No am not rooted, the heating issue reduced bit its not like b4 now on normal usage the phone heats up to 38* unlike the 45* of before.

Successfully upgraded to developer ROM. But heating issues still persist. I guess I would have to think about formatting the memory. Thanks.
