There are lots of schools offering those courses, with funding opportunities at the discretion of the school.
What you intend to say, is that many folks here are mostly STEM related candidates so it's difficult to see Humanities folks here (but there are).
Maybe if you check the previous threads, you will see a few Arts and Humanities getting visas and posting their transcripts.

Use us.news or niche.com to streamline your search, there are lots of schools offering sociology at PG level with interesting areas of interest; Industrial, Medical, Developmental and Criminology.

In the meantime, Check University of Utah Sociology Department.

I have notice something though, I have never never seen someone in Art(English, Drama, Linguistics, etc) getting a visa, it is always science and engineering.

Please, is it that they dont or rarely grant study visa to people in these fields.
