Today they released student loan application by states and south eastern states are there. They're not even wise, they should have omitted all the south eastern states , so that it will look like they never even applied.

3,4 & 6 are the real solutions. Security of lives if farmers is key to food security in this country. Another solution is that there should a national soil classification. Knowing areas of arable land and controlling the activities of real estate companies buying those lands and developing them. All arable lands must have agriculture survey plan on them and never for residential except for farmsteads.
