Mr Peter Obi won 2023 Presidential election hands down but Buhari out of his disdain for Igbos and based on ill-advice of his Northern handlers including El Rufai at that time, allowed INEC to rig and declare Tinubu winner even using skewed and wrongly interpreted constitution that changed what we knew for years that a Presidential candidate must score 25% in Abuja to be declared winner because Abuja is our melting point state and our sit of power that have no Governor but the President.



Knowing what they did to Peter Obi in 2023, Tinubu and his handlers didnt want to give a second chance to Obi to repeat what he did in 2023 so they started a massive attack and clampdown on Obi right from the day Tinubu was declared winner and as soon he was sworn in, they clamped down on Obi more using federal institutions and started working to ensure Peter Obi does not have any political platform to recontest in 2027, so they made sure Obi and his associates didnt succeed in registering any political party they tried to register using different people.


When Obi noticed what was happening, he and associates started pushing for INEC to include independent candidate in the revised electoral law to enable Obi and others seeking for elective positions in Nigeria to contest on their own name without running under a political party, again they used federal might to stop this. What else did you want Obi to do; quit the 2027 Presidential race like Tinubu and his handlers so desire? That's impossible so they pushed on using several tactics hoping to outsmart Tinubu and his handlers, that was what made Obi to join ADC and later NDC, he just needed to be on the ballot no matter the party. Yes we know that Seriake Dickson have a funny attitude and an ill-fated future ambition, but no other option but to settle with NDC.



The Northern guys close to Buhari when he was President in 2023 regretted what they did against Peter Obi, some of them secretly confessed and asked for forgiveness and said they misjudged Obi. They are part of the people that convinced Kwankwaso to work with Obi but Atiku is hoping to ride on Northern voter's desire for a Northern President to Presidential seat, and his gameplan is for the election to enter a rerun between him and Tinubu so Easterners and Southsoutherners can vote him to win Tinubu in a second round election. Atiku knows he stand no chance in the South now he has no Southern Governors backing him but he is hoping on getting the highest number of votes cast through winning Northern side on a landslide.
