ghm:Your response is quite intelligible. Guess you're a lawyer? |
The letter from Afe to LPDC is quite baseless... When has Afe become a spokesman for the Supreme Court? We do lots of nonsense here in Africa.. So because I have personal issues with a man, I should be seeking for him to be disbarred because he made some sensitive remarks? If those statements made by Dele ain't true, Afe should write a book too discrediting all that has been said by Dele, it makes more sense, or confine himself to the legal proceedings he has sinced commenced at whatever court. |
Alliswell248:Now this is the problem of shallow minded people like you, to you everyone comes from the south east, Akpatari Mbok, the ones church gather pray for their lives never straight, na people like you wey una community witch swear for, na wan better? |

This is elementary law nau, it's clearly an illegal contract, and the court cannot order specific performance for such contract.. Instead the trios of Andy and his disciples who are at large, as well as the complainant ought to be arraign in court. |
Openheaven1:When then would things change in Nigeria? Just curious to know, maybe I could get one or two responses from you? |
Sonnobax15:Funny enough, psychology has shown that people like you who hold this strong words/rejection for gay people, are the ones mostly gay. We understand the diverting of attention stuffs eh, most straight people won't even have this energy you actually used in typing that.. Accuse them of doing what you are doing is the tactic, it's often employed in politics... so I know your type. |
Why releasing the names of others who are at large to the public The Nigeria Police has a problem with professionalism seriously. You just tipped powerful criminals disturbing the peace of the state that they are persons of interest. Can't you just shut the Bleep up and do your internal investigation discreetly? |
Until you extend this probe to your colleagues at the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, then I will take this your crusade-filled shenanigans serious. |
Attention seeking kids ![]() |
It's always been business from the onset, if you're surprised, then you're one of world most stupid persons. |

cr7lomo:If you don't want to help, just stroll pass, you mustn't be useless and unfortunate at the same time... When people seek help, it shouldn't be a galore to hurl insults on them. |
Enjoy it while it last... Power is transient. |
blacknp:Can never say yes sir to slaves like your useless family do, maybe your long line of ancestral family are fantastically good at being slaves to the very people who keep them in chains. |
Since this US election that Trump won, it further depicts that morality isn't a ground for contesting any political office again in this world. You can be a criminal, and people would still want you to go there and get the job done or lead them. If the US of all people are leading the charge in this regards, then African leaders have something to hold on to, after all their senior brothers (US) are electing persons with fantastically corrupt public records into exalted positions. |
blacknp:This shows more that you're a dundee than the piglet in Aso Rock. |
Congratulations galore... It's how shamelessly stupid most Nigerians took this US election, forgetting the cancer and druggie they installed at home. Most of you trying so hard to be so patriotic than the Americans, we greet una oh.. Don't face this shege T-pain is unleashing here eh, and confront the ones facing you. |

Why I condemn this act of domestic violence against the wife, however we should look intently again at what the wife said that might have triggered such action.. I don't get too emotional with senselessness, I think with my head. The wife MUST have said some certain things to make the man feel provoked and wants to vent.. And besides, who released the CCTV footage of the house to this paid blogger? This is entirely a marital affair, and ought to stay so.. Well, the man might lose his job, but his defence might be on the act of provocation which naturally everyone is entitled to be provoked at some certain point in time when angered. |
Some of you who call yourselves men of God are very very stupid, and sick in the head. Just negodu what a grown up man is saying? I hope he watches that video after he is done and at least be ashamed of himself. Pastorpreneur |
Zouzer:It's an originating summon that questions the foundation of the Act itself, so the EFCC being a federal agency is within the ambit of the Federal Government, that's why you see the AG representing the EFCC in this matter... However, the issue of jurisdiction can still be raised even at the first time in the Supreme Court, so let's see either ways. |
Na normal ghost jobs nau |
This Lifu guy is just too partisan, he reminds us of the dark days of Justice Evoh Chukwu who also sat at the FCT High Court, died at a very young age of 51 and was known back then to be a very very political judge. |
A promise to marry is enforceable by the court, for those who might not be aware... |
