Why I condemn this act of domestic violence against the wife, however we should look intently again at what the wife said that might have triggered such action.. It's an originating summon that questions the foundation of the Act itself, so the EFCC being a federal agency is within the ambit of the Federal Government, that's why you see the AG representing the EFCC in this matter... However, the issue of jurisdiction can still be raised even at the first time in the Supreme Court, so let's see either ways.
