As far as my research,

1.You will need to wait until the appointment date has passed to reschedule a new one.
2.You will need the original Appointment Letter which includes your case number.

Pls what are the necessary documents I would need for a K1 visa approval? I mean from my own end here. Then how and when will I be paying my visa fee?

1. The U.S. citizen sponsor, must file Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), with the USCIS office that serves the area where you live.
2. After USCIS approves the petition, it is sent to the National Visa Center (NVC). The NVC will give you a case number and send your petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where your fiancé(e) lives.
3. The NVC will mail you a letter when it sends your fiancé(e) case to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Once you receive this letter, inform your fiancé(e) to take the below-listed actions to apply for a K-1 visa and prepare for the interview.

-Completed Form DS-160, Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application
-Police certificates from your present country of residence and all countries where you have lived for six months or more since.
-Medical examination
-Evidence of financial support (Form I-134, Affidavit of Support, may be requested)
-Evidence of relationship with your U.S. citizen fiancé(e)
The consular officer may ask for additional information

Required Documentation:
1.passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your period of stay in the United States, unless exempt.
2.The purpose of your trip;
3.Your intent to depart the United States after your trip. (Evidence of your employment and/or your family ties) please NOTE: this is very important!
4.Your ability to pay all costs of the trip.
