Password log on no longer possible- too many failed attempts. Pls how can i solve this problem

Am having issues with this nlng stuff i open and registered with my system and any time i go to the web site it automatically signs me in. Buh recently my sys had a problem and i tried loging in on another sys, have forgotten my password though so i decided to use the forget password option a password was sent to my mail box but even with that password i still cant login. Does anybody pls have a solution

Please can anyone tell if there is a list to be checked cos hav not seen any message and if so where is it pasted at ur state of origin or state of resident kindly reply pls 07038696603 wattapp am from ogun state
