4g started in 2009 and by 2011 was widespread in Nigeria.

Universal modems are modems that are open and not restricted to one network provider only. Any sim card you insert into it will work.

I think the only option for both sellers and buyers should be using the escrow person wese90, anything other than that should be disregarded.

That guy ain't buying nothing, he is just out to get pictures of people's items and videos to do God knows what. Anybody that starts asking for your fb link, video call, send video of item, video of your location etc just because of commitment of 5k you asked them from which you will still waybill your item to them while 95% of the money is still hanging isn't a serious customer. They just want to waste your time, battery and mb and later stop replying your chats, especially when they don't want to use any other means available to deal. When you don't fall for their gimmick they run out here to call you out first because you are the seller and has a lot to loose.

Told me he has someone around he wants to send over, later starts begging for pod and I told him my previous experience of how I was almost scammed with fake alert on pod but he was still insisting he was real and was begging which I later agreed to on the condition he makes a commitment from which I will waybill from. He refused initially, later texted me to send account details which I didn't even send, asked for link to my Facebook and many other things which I did give him, last he started calling me on video call and I just knrw this guy is just out to play with me. Na me person won record, collect my pictures come use go scam another person. I have once sent pictures and videos to someone claiming to be a buyer only for a real customer to come and I sent him same videos and she said it was a scam and even showed me same pictures and videos, since then I just limit the kind of info I give out. That guy is just out to cause mischief, God will bless him abundantly.
