I am not a Flora fan but her tying wrapper isn't fake abeg. You can say she is using it as a strategy. I believe she's like that outside the house so I won't call her fake. Temi is the real definition of being fake. Killing imaginary mosquitoes in the diary room is fake, dancing like a slōwpøke in the party is fake, standing up and refusing to sit in the diary room is fake, always looking at the camera is giving fake. FYI I also dont like Imisi during her time. She was also fake to some extent even though she is a wierd lady.

I think the thing that irritates me about Aikou is that I genuinely do not see the extraordinary intelligence everybody keeps projecting onto him. He speaks in a very deliberate way, uses big words, likes to intellectualise simple things and people have somehow turned that into Professor. But when I actually watch him in tasks, games, arguments, problem solving, whatever, I’m still waiting for this exceptional brain everybody keeps talking about. Even yesterday with the stomach thing, the smart response was very simple. She told you twice she didn’t like comments about her body. Apologise and move on. Instead he started doing semantics between stomach and belly like he was defending a thesis. That kind of thing does not impress me, it just feels like talking in circles.

And I think Nigerians are especially susceptible to this style of person because we have this old-school idea that intelligence should sound complicated. Plenty grammar, plenty big words, plenty serious cadence, then everybody assumes depth. For me, if you really understand something, you should be able to break it down simply enough that anybody can follow you. Aikou often does the opposite. The language sounds more sophisticated than the actual thought underneath it. Maybe he is intelligent, fine, I’m not saying he is stupid. I just think his reputation has massively outrun what he has actually demonstrated in that house, and I genuinely do not understand why people are so impressed.

Honestly, Faith was ten times smarter than this guy and nobody cared. We have had an actual polymath in Yerins and he was one of the first to be evicted. So why is being vaguely smart something that should impress me?
