The protest is necessary but not now because it is too early to protest against a new government that is barely 1 year from when he constituted his cabinate, please give this new government more time like 10 more months so that we can start to see the gains from his policies. This is a new government and not all policies will work as planned and there is room to try other policies until he gets it right. He knows that the economy is hard and he is trying his best to fix it and you should remember that the bad economy did not start from this Tinubu regime but I will advise our president to return fuel subsidy because it brought more hardship to Nigerians than he met the economy. (2) Government should suspend or stop work on the Coastal road from Lagos to Calabar and channel all the money to fix our Refineries and make sure it works before he clocks 2 years in office. (3) Government should stop all recruitments in all government ministries and MDA's including NNPC and CBN now to create space for our teeming youths for employment from every state of the federation without discrimination. Nigerians are suffering and it is increasing day by day, Please Nigerians, say no to protest, lets give our president more time to fix Nigeria but after 2 years if there is no significant change we can now protest against the Government.

Let me tell you the reasons the Governors are against this planned protest, not for your interest but protecting their cocoyam farm and federal government monthly allocations.

Should the protest hold, as expected, hoodlums would hijack it, there would be a breakdown of laws and order, there would be insecurity; this they know very well, the President has nothing to lose, he would sit in Abuja and declare STATE of EMERGENCY on any State he perceived it insecurity is on the high side as result of the protest.

Hence making the Governors to run from pillar to post, mind you; don't listen to their lips serving statements ooh!

They are only protecting their cocoyam farm. Nobody has your interest at heart.

In the coming days the state Governors would sponsor different groups to dissociate themselves from the protest
