u can do it both ways...u either tell d photographer the size u want (better for u)
or (if u v tkn the passport aiidy)u scan it n reduce it to the size u want...

on your waec cert you have ya DOB, on ya original Jamb result you've ya DOB there. Just make sure ya name, ya DOB and LGA is consistent on ya waec, Jamb and uniben page.
