we are ahead of them in erecting mansions(flats),industries and population.....owerri is a poorly planned town

my brother i agree,all roads in southeast are in a deplorable state,u cant compare them with northern cities because of variance in our topography ....go to inner owerri town,awara,naze,iyiowa,owerri community ,okigwe hinterland,even most roads in enugu are now wearing out....
