I will like to hear what you guys think about this
My landlord has been on my neck for last year rent payment. I am a student and I spent almost 8 months out of 12months at home last year and this landlord is requesting for a full rent payment of 90k.

How's that even right?
Why will I pay 90k when I just stayed in the house for less than 4months.

He sent one customary court letter yesterday telling me to appear at the civil customary court today by 9am.

Well, I am still at home wondering what will happen.


What do you guys think I should do, is there any law on rent review and discounts based on some scenarios like this
