Gone through your site, here are my recommendations.
1. That pop up ad is not helping your site. It hijacks clicks and just closes your site. Remove it.
2. Increase the number of words in your homepage excerpts
3. Get a professional to redo your logo, with all the words in it. This will give your blog a more appealing professional look.
4. At least I noticed two categories of post, health and love, why not create a sticky top navigation with these categories.
5. Get the size of your post width on pc and model your featured image to fit.

What they mean is that your site must be GDPR compliant before it can be approved.
