To convert grams to cups flour or to convert a gram measurement to a cup measurement, you just have to divide the flour by the conversion ratio. Since, one cup of flour is equal to 125 grams, this simple formula can be used to convert which is- cups = grams/125
So we can say, the flour in cups is equal to the grams divided by 125.

If we take an example to understand better, consider we have to convert 500 grams to cups using the above formula. So it will be as- 500 g = (500/125) which will give 4c or 4 cups.
