I was surprised to see that election results were being announced while the ballot boxes were still in some of the units within my area. That election was very terrible and I lost the interest to participate in votting since then. But participated in the last general election because the then inec chairman assured us of real time e transmission. It is very clear that the low turnout of the elctrotes during elections is as a result of indefference. They always feel that the results have already been written.
