We have a 2 bedroom flat available for rent in Oko-Afo. It is a main floor unit with 3 bedrooms but marketed a 2 bedroom because the 3rd bedroom does not have a finished bathroom yet
- Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet
- there is a guest bathroom in the living area
- The floors are concrete, you can modify it as you wish; only to make it better of course
- There is another unit upstairs which is being completed but not for rent. Low noise work will continue from time to time


Facts to know about Oko Afo


- The roads leading to Oko Afo are not the greatest, work is ongoing but visit the area before you consider it
- Lagos/Badagry expressway is still mostly barely navigable but you can bypass most of this by going through Igbo Elerin

* The above is why the apartment is priced at a comfortable #8000/month!

Your agent fee/commission/security deposit will be much lower as the landlord is the agent. We desire a good, trustworthy tenant over other factors.
