Please I need candid advise on what to do. I am a very active member but had to create this page to seek for anonymous advise.

I have about N30m saved up with the intent to increase it to 36M before June, and intend to purchase a 2 bedroom flat in Agungi Lekki(N38M) for shortlet purposes, however a friend is advising I use that money to buy a land on the mainland and build.

I need candid advise please.
