Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil has been removed from China's version of the Pro Evolution Soccer 2020 video game following his criticism of China's treatment of Uighur Muslims.

Ozil, who is a Muslim, called Uighurs "warriors who resist persecution".

He also criticised both China and the silence of Muslims in response.

NetEase, which publishes the PES franchise in China, said the former Germany player had been removed from three existing titles in the country.

"The German player Ozil posted an extreme statement about China on social media," it said in a statement.

"The speech hurt the feelings of Chinese fans and violated the sports spirit of love and peace. We do not understand, accept or forgive this."

Arsenal said the club is "apolitical" and China's foreign ministry claimed 31-year-old Ozil - who is of Turkish origin - was "deceived by fake news".

Rights groups say about a million people - mostly from the Muslim Uighur community - are thought to have been detained without trial in high-security prison camps.

China has consistently denied mistreating Uighur Muslims in the country and says they are being educated in "vocational training centres" to combat violent religious extremism.

Harun Khan, the Secretary general of the Muslim Council of Britain, said Ozil's actions were "hugely commendable" and described Arsenal's decision to distance themselves from Ozil's views as "regrettable".

Tekashi 6ix9ine has been sentenced to two years in prison for crimes he carried out while he was a member of a violent gang, according to US media.

The rapper, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, pleaded guilty to racketeering and other offences.

He initially denied the charges but entered a plea bargain giving evidence against other gang members in order to get a reduced sentence.

It's thought the 13 months he's spent in jail already, will be included.

The rapper had been facing a minimum of 47 years and a maximum of life in prison but the plea bargain means he could be released in 2020.

He testified against former members of Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods.

The offences 6ix9ine was charged with include racketeering, carrying a firearm, assault with a dangerous weapon, and conspiracy murder charges.

Racketeering is when people use criminal actions to repeatedly take money from others, and most likely associated with protection rackets.

It all came from his association with a violent US gang Nine Trey Gansta Bloods - also known as TreyWay - which 6ix9ine previously mentioned on Twitter.

He joined the gang in 2017 but left less than a year later.

The inner workings of the gang was exposed by 6ix9ine - and another ex-gang member, Kristian Cruz.

Nine Trey Bloods committed robberies, dealt drugs and were violent against rivals and each other according to their testimonies.

6ix9ine gave information on Anthony Ellison and Aljermiah Mack and both men have since been convicted.

Ellison was also found guilty of kidnapping 6ix9ine, maiming and assault - while Mack was also found guilty on drug dealing charges.

On the day before sentencing, two victims from an armed robbery on 3 April 2018 in midtown Manhattan submitted witness impact statements, according to Billboard.

They detailed how they've suffered because of the attack.

The first victim said in his statement that the attack "set my life on the wrong course, and destroyed the normal adulthood that I was striving for."

He added: "Never have I been so scared as the cold, hard metallic gun was pressed against my abdomen."

The other victim said in her statement: "As a result of this entire ordeal, I have suffered greatly from mental anguish and emotional distress. So traumatised by this aftermath, that over a year later, I have had a difficult time getting past the incident suffering from what we believe is post-traumatic stress disorder."

She also detailed the impact of "the video of me escaping from the clutches of his thugs on social media and it went viral accumulating millions of views as the public laughed."

"Ever since, I find myself unable to do the simple things an adult should do."

A prototype of the PAL-V Pioneer flying car was unveiled last night at the ‘Miami 2020 and Beyond’ exhibition, giving a glimpse of the transport of the future.

The flying car features retractable overhead and rear propellors and tail wings, allowing it to drive on the ground like a car, and take to the skies like a plane.

On the ground, the car can reach top speeds of 100mph, while in the sky it can travel at an impressive 200mph.

Mike Stekelenburg, Chief Engineer at PAL-V, said: “Although more and more flying concepts are announced, only a handful of companies work on a real flying car: one that can both fly and drive, ideal for city to city mobility.

“The combination offers unprecedented freedom: personal door-to-door flying mobility.

“The gyroplane principle not only provides us with a safe and easy to operate flying car but it also enables us to make it compact and within existing regulations, which is the most important factor to build a useable flying car.”

While a prototype was shown in Miami, a commercial version is already in production.


And despite having an eyewatering price tag of £425,000, its designers claim to have already sold 70 flying cars.

PAL-V claims that delivery of the flying car will start in 2021.

About last year around August i had a serious chest pain for the first which makes my Heart to beat fast and hard too.
When I went to the Hospital I was given an Anti Biotics injection or stuff like that and after that I did a x-ray test and the result goes thus:

I don't Smoke neither do I drink alcohol.[not even for once]

I get scared to fast due to some challenges i faced when i was young so up till now I still get scared sometimes [i'm trying to stop it]

Please I need your help if there's any drug or thing i should stop take for now. i hate anything that is related to heart.

Manchester United star Ander Herrera hailed Eden Hazard as the best player he played against in the Premier League after Chelsea’s 4-1 win against Arsenal in the Europa League final.
The Belgian scored twice in Baku to hand Chelsea victory over their Premier League rivals and confirmed afterwards that it’s likely to be his final appearance for the club. Herrera confirmed his exit from Old Trafford in May and officially leaves the club at the end of this month. The Spaniard was a popular figure with United fans and one of his most memorable performances came in a 2-0 victory against Chelsea in 2017 when he personally man-marked Hazard out of the game.

Nevertheless, Herrera took to his Instagram during the game in Baku and labelled Hazard as the ‘best’ player he played against in England.

‘Just watching the EL final, I can say Hazard is the best player I have played against in my 5 years playing in the Premier League,’ said Herrera.
Hazard is now expected to confirm his move to Real Madrid in the next week. ‘We will decide in a few days and the only target in my mind was to win this final,’ Hazard told BT Sport.
‘I have made my decision already and now I’m waiting on both clubs, like you wait and the fans wait. You will know in a couple of days. ‘I think it is a goodbye, but in football you never know. ‘You know, my dream was to play in the Premier League and I have done that for one of the biggest clubs in the world so maybe now it is the time for a new challenge.’
