SportsRe: Why Arent Nigerian men Interested In Golf? by atamasco: 3:40pm On Jan 15, 2012
@ apocalyse, I challenge you for a game of scrabble on ISC. If you play professionally, you would definitely know the Nigerian scrabble gurus home and away of which I am one of them, lol.

Quite interesting I found this post  just when I am about to start my golf lessons on Tuesday. I won't find out how interesting it is until I start playing properly but I am looking forward to it with great excitement. I  managed to get a full golf set with the bag just for £20, though a used set but looking good for a starter. I also got few balls from a nice member of the golF club last week. I just need to get the golf shoes and tees and I am good to go.
Yearly membership here is around £150 - £200 and £13- £15 to use the golf course a day for practice during the peak time. Golf is rarely played here in Europe during the winter period but I am hoping to explore the sunny parts of Africa with my golf prowess once I am good enough .
Could anyone here tell how often golf tournament is played in Nigeria? and also what the highest prize money is and the biggest tournament.

Hi guys,

I would appreciate if I could get reasonable quote and professional advice on the partitioning of the office as regards designs and the best materials to use. We have just aquired an open office space along Ikorodu Road in Lagos and we are looking to start business there as soon as possible. The place is readily available for viewing if need be, for the best possible quotation. I look forward to hearing from partitioning experts as soon as possible. Thanks.

Dating And Meet-up ZoneWant To Meet Nigerian Friends Around The World by atamasco(op): 10:35pm On Aug 20, 2009
I am a UK based Nigerian who travels all over the place for scrabble competitions and I would love to make friends with Nigerians everywhere I go. I enjoy visiting places and it would be fantastic to have friends on hand to show me around wherever I find myself. My next destination is our own Nigeria, though I really don't need to be shown around but it would still be fun to to meet with new friends. You could drop me a line at iginlaeleniyan@yahoo.co.uk if you think we could hook up.

TravelHotel Accommodation In Uyo by atamasco(op): 1:32pm On Sep 08, 2008
Hello nairalanders,
I have a planned trip to Uyo on October 2nd for a bumper scrabble tournament but I have got no ideas about hotel accommodation around that area.I understand it's most unlikely someone gets a decent hotel accommodation if you dont book early.  I have seen a few hotels online but no explicit information on rates and reservations. I couldn't even get through to their telephone lines and the email messages I tried sending kept bouncing back. Can anyone pls provide me with reliable informationhuh I hope we have Uyo based Nigerians on nairaland oooooo.  One love.
