i was refused visa in Abuja on wednesday, 8th December, 2021. When can i reapply?

Can i use my wife that we are together in Nigeria as my sponsor for F1 visa?

My visa was denied on the 8th of December. I have paid for another visa fee but i am not getting date for interview. Please i need urgent assistance.
