This is exactly my story with the bank of industry. The added twist to mine is they keep asking for new documents every 2 weeks including my marriage documents. It has been 1 year since my application, my offer has lapsed and been renewed but I remained determined to fulfill all and see the end of it I.e disbursement. I chose not to be sceptical about the process but stay positive. It however seems like a deliberate attempt to frustrate smes. So much lip service in this administration. It is a fight to finish
