Instead of Youth Service, youths should be allowed to do internships or jobs shadowing / cooperatives before graduating which will actually allow them to develop skills / work side by side with companies in their intended fields.

The current program is just an avenue for bad behavior which ultimately serves no useful purpose to families, candidates or the country.
